01 — ASSESS THE SOURCE OF WATER SEEPAGE
We inspect the affected area to identify the likely source and water path before recommending any repair method.
02 — PROPOSE THE SUITABLE RECTIFICATION METHOD
Based on our assessment, we recommend the most appropriate solution for the identified defect.
Where suitable, PU injection may be proposed for water seepage through concrete cracks, joints or voids.
03 — CARRY OUT PU INJECTION
Where PU injection is suitable, injection points are prepared along the identified crack, joint or leakage path and fitted with injection packers.
PU material is then injected through the prepared points to seal the identified water-ingress path.
04 — FINISH & MAKE GOOD
After injection, the packers are removed and the injection points are sealed and made good.
The affected area is cleaned and touched up where applicable, leaving a neat completed surface.
